A fast growing kitchen design company, based in Wynberg, Sandton, Gauteng, is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to their MD. Must also have bookkeeping experience.
You will be a highly efficient PA, performing a variety of Administration and Bookkeeping tasks. You must be able to take charge, work well under pressure and manage the MD’s diary seamlessly.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- PA to MD;
- Invoicing and bookkeeping;
- Reception Duties;
- Perform various types of admin work;
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word;
- Be willing to sometimes run personal/business errands using own transport for which you will be reimbursed.
- Accounting background;
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Required to be responsible, punctual and reliable;
- Must have own car with valid drivers license.
