A well established medium size company is looking for a highly organized and efficient junior Office Administrator with Bookkeeping knowledge. Good communication and time management skills are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Must be able to oversee petty cash and all other office related expenses;
- Be responsible for upkeep of office filing system, and odering office stationary;
- Must be able to assist in travel arragements for senior staff, flight booking and accommodation arrangements;
- Be willing to run ad hoc errands pertaining to business;
- Co ordinate meetings;
- Assist other departments with overflow administrative work where necessary.
- 1- 2 years relevant experience in an office environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A self-starter who works well within a team;
- A logical thinker who possesses good time management skills;
- Be results-focused and goal-oriented;
- A quick learner with good organizational skills;
- Some knowledge and experience of Bookkeeping;
- Knowlegde of Pastel Sage an advantage.
