Full Job Description: 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Must be able to oversee petty cash and all other office related expenses;
  • Be responsible for upkeep of office filing system, and odering office stationary;
  • Must be able to assist in travel arragements for senior staff, flight booking and accommodation arrangements;
  • Be willing to run ad hoc errands pertaining to business;
  • Co ordinate meetings;
  • Assist other departments with overflow administrative work where necessary.

Other Requirements:

  • 1- 2 years relevant experience in an office environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A self-starter who works well within a team;
  • A logical thinker who possesses good time management skills;
  • Be results-focused and goal-oriented;
  • A quick learner with good organizational skills;
  • Some knowledge and experience of Bookkeeping;
  • Knowlegde of Pastel Sage an advantage.
